Getting Started 4 questions
What is FundCapa?
+
FundCapa facilitates alternative & SBA funding solutions for small businesses to achieve their business goals. We are a loan brokerage β not a direct lender β which means we work on your behalf to shop your file across 50+ lending partners and find the best fit for your specific business. Our goal is simple: find you the right program, not the most profitable one for us.
What is the application process?
+
It's a one-page application gathering basic info about your business. No obligation & soft credit pulls only. Once you submit, a dedicated FundCapa advisor reviews your file and reaches out β typically within 60 minutes during business hours β with your best available options. You choose what works for you, and we handle the rest.
What information is needed to apply?
+
Basic personal information (name, contact details) and your business information β annual revenue, average bank balances, time in business, and industry. To speed up the process, we recommend also uploading 3β6 months of bank statements, your most recent business tax return, and a government-issued ID. But you can start with just the basics.
How much is the application fee?
+
$0. It is always free to apply with FundCapa. We never charge application fees. We only earn a broker fee if and when we successfully place your funding β and that fee is paid by the lender, not you. No surprises, no hidden charges.

Qualification & Credit 4 questions
What are the basic requirements?
+
You need to have owned your business for at least 6 months, generate at least $10,000/month ($120K+ annually), and be located in the United States. There is no collateral required for most of our programs β they are fully unsecured, backed only by a personal guarantee.
Does applying affect my credit score?
+
No impact whatsoever. We use soft credit pulls only β the kind that don't affect your credit score. You can check your options with complete confidence. Only if you choose to move forward with a specific program might a hard pull be initiated, and we'll always notify you beforehand.
I have bad credit β can I qualify?
+
Yes. The minimum personal credit score is 500, but we don't put much weight on credit score alone. We look at the full picture of your business β revenue trends, bank deposits, time in business, and industry. Many of our clients have been approved despite credit challenges because their businesses were generating strong, consistent revenue.
Is my funding unsecured?
+
Yes β most of our programs are fully unsecured funding, backed by a personal guarantee only. You do not need to pledge business assets, real estate, equipment, or inventory as collateral for most programs. Equipment financing is the exception, where the equipment itself serves as collateral.

Funding & Repayment 7 questions
What are the amounts and terms for the programs?
+
Our short-term programs fund $5,000β$1,000,000 with terms of 3β18 months. SBA programs offer $5,000β$5,000,000 with repayment terms of 2β25 years. The right amount and term depend on your business profile, revenue, and which program you qualify for. Your advisor will walk you through all available options.
How fast can I receive funding?
+
In as little as 24 hours from the day of your application. Some programs fund in as little as 1 business day after approval. SBA loans typically take 2β4 weeks due to government processing. Your advisor will let you know the expected timeline for your specific program.
How will I get the funding?
+
Funds are deposited directly into your business bank account via ACH wire transfer. Some programs fund in as little as 1 business day after final approval and contract signing. You'll receive a confirmation email once the wire is initiated.
How does repayment work?
+
Depending on the funding program, repayment can be daily, weekly, or monthly. Revenue-based funding (MCA) typically uses daily or weekly ACH debits tied to a percentage of your sales. Business lines of credit use monthly minimums. SBA loans have fixed monthly payments. Your advisor will explain the repayment structure for your chosen program before you sign anything.
How can my business use the capital?
+
You can use the funds for any legitimate business purpose β opening a new location, equipment repairs, expansion, hiring new staff, buying inventory, covering payroll, renovation, marketing campaigns, and more. The only restriction is that funds must be used for business purposes. There's no list of approved uses beyond that.
What type of industries do you work with?
+
We work with a wide variety of industries β restaurants, retail, healthcare, auto repair, construction, professional services, transportation, beauty & salons, medical practices, and more. If we can find a program that fits your business, we will. If the specific program doesn't fit, we'll customize our approach. Almost every industry is considered.
How is FundCapa different from the competition?
+
We put your business first. It doesn't make sense to fund everyone who wants money, but those who consistently strive to grow. We're selective about the deals we place because we care about long-term outcomes β for you and your business. We offer transparency (no hidden fees), integrity (we tell you the truth), and personalized attention (a real human reviews every file).
